Guan Jingru: Chairman of the Board
Mr. Guan Jingru, Doctor of Economics, graduated from the Economics Department of Wu Han University. He acquired Bachelor's Degree in 1982 and Master's Degree in 1987. From 1993, he became a student of well-known economist professor Dong Fureng, and go his Doctor's Degree after completing degree courses and dissertation. In 1989, he studied as a visiting student in WADHAM College, University of Oxford for a year. He used to work in the State System Reform Commission, engaging in the analysis of economic function and reform design in finance, social security, earning and expenditure, price of income, city and rural insurance, etc. He was transferred to Housing System Reform Office of the State Council, responsible for policy demonstration and establishment of the national housing system reform, taking charge of the drafting work in important policy document of the government. At the end of 1992, he went into business and worked in the trust and investment company, insurance company, investment consultancy company and listed companies successively, taking charge of managerial and professional works of these enterprises, engaging in a serials of investment banking businesses of enterprise joint stock reconstruction, scheming, underwriting, mergers and acquisitions, capital reconstruction, investment planning and so on. He is now also director of Dong Fureng Scientific Development Fund of Economics.
Zhao Bing: Director
Mr. Zhao Bing graduated from Columbia University in the US with a PhD in operational research, He is a qualified investment consultant registered in Hong Kong. Mr. Zhao is the Managing Partner of Simplex Capital Asia Ltd. and Director of Wuxi Taihu International Golf Club Ltd.. He was Head of Structured Trading in Salomon Brothers Hong Kong and Vice President at Salomon Brothers in New York and Tokyo, and Executive Chairman of China National Trust Life Insurance Company. Mr. Zhao has rich investment management experience.
Yu Hongying: Director
Ms. Yu Hongying, EMBA in Wuhan University, registered accountant, joined in CCX in 1993, held positions as manager, deputy chief accountant, chief accountant successively in CCX finance department. Now, she is director and CFO of China Chengxin Finance Consultancy Co., Ltd. She possesses rich experiences in investment and financing.
Liu Hong: Director, President
Prior to joining CCX, Mr. Liu Hong was a Senior Economist at China National Price Bureau, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Beijing Jinshi Information Technology Co., Ltd., and Executive Vice President of the Investment Banking Department of Zhongshan Securities. Mr. Liu joined CCX in 1992 as Chief Economist. He is specialized in deal structuring and arrangement in M&A transactions. He has led or participated in many successful corporate M&A and restructuring projects. Mr. Liu has accumulated rich execution experience and communication network, from the large number of projects he has participated.
Wang Bin: Director, Executive Vice President
Mr. Wang is a Master of Management from China Academy of Social Sciences. Mr. Wang joined CCX in 1999 and served as Vice Chief Economist and Vice General Manager of Investment Banking Department. He participated in a large number of investment banking projects, including restructuring projects of Xibei Bearing Group, Star Computer Technology and Xinhuai Railway, Shenlong Venture Group and Guangzhou COSCO Reality Group; Consolidation projects of Kweichow Moutai, and XJ Group Corporation; financing projects of American Testing Authority Inc. and Peking University Computer Corporation, etc.
Zhou Hao: Director
Mr. Zhou Hao, graduated from Wu Han University with Bachelor's Degree in Organic Chemistry and Zhongnan University of Economics and Law with Master's Degree in Business Administration. He used to serve as Director of General Analyzing Room and Operation Department of Jingmen Petroleum and Chemical Institute, Sinopec; secretary of the board of directors in Hubei Xinghua Holding Co., Ltd. He has been working for Shanghai China Chengxin Securities Appraisal Co., Ltd since 2000, sequentially served as Manager and General Manager of the Investment Banking Department. He is also part-time legal person and General Manager of Shanghai Jin Chengchang Investment Management Co., Ltd and Deputy Secretary of CPC in China Chengxin Securities Appraisal Co., Ltd.
Shi Yang: Director
Mr. Shi Yang, Bachelor of Science in Economics, registered accountant, once worked in the Finance Department of China Xinxing (Group) Corporation, used to be Project Manager in M&A Department of China Chengxin Securities Appraisal Co., Ltd., Senior Business Manager of China Chengxin Financial Consultancy Co., Ltd., Senior Business Manager of Zhongjin Fengde investment Holding Co, Ltd. He is now Investment Department Manager and Finance Department Manager of China Chengxin Credit Management Co., Ltd.
Mao Zhenhua: Advisor
Mr. Mao Zhenhua. Doctor of Economics graduated from Wuhan University, served as economic and policy analyst for Hu Bei and Hai Nan provincial government, and later in the Research Office of the State Council successively. In 1992, he founded the biggest credit rating organization in China, china Chengxin Securities Assessment Co., Ltd. which was renamed as China Chengxin Credit Management Co., Ltd. From 2001 to 2003, he entered Postdoctoral Station of Chinese Academy of Social Science. He achieved many research results in theories of macro economy, capital market and credit rating, published the monograph of On Systems of Capitalized Enterprises and for many times initiated and presided over international seminars covering finance and securities. Mr. Mao Zhenhua also participated in the founding of many well-known companies in China. At the present, he also holds positions as vice chairman in Fujian Sino Union International Trust & Investment Co., Ltd, China Guardian Auctions Co., Ltd, Economic Research Institute Director and part-time professor of Renmin University of China, etc.
Qi Shangxian: Advisor
Mr. Qi Shangxian graduated from Liaoning Technical University in 1942 and was section chief, division chief and director general sequentially in Inner Mongolia. He was appointed Director General of Coal Department of Inner Mongolia in 1987 and Director of China General Bureau of Coalfield Geology in 1993. He was Director General of Supply Bureau of Ministry of Coal Industry in 1995, and after the withdrawal of the Ministry of Coal Industry he was appointed Chairman of China Coal Construction Corp. in 1999. He was Vice Chairman of China National Coal Association, Director of China Coal Transport and Distribution Association, professor and senior engineer, enjoying special allowance of the State Council. He is specialized in areas of mining, project construction, distribution*geology and so on. He used to attend in advanced studies in Party School of CPC, Party School of Inner Mongolia and Cadre Administration College of China Coal Ministry.
