Based on impartiality, integrity and mutual benefit, CCXC keeps extensive
business and political networks with various government agencies, business
communities and social groups.
Government Agencies
CCXC has been maintaining a steady and trusting co-operating
relationship with all levels of the Chinese government throughout its
10-year history. When entrusted with large-scale government projects,
CCXC’s high-quality services, unmatched coordinative capabilities and
successful completion of projects have won high regards from the government
agencies. The 2003 Chinese Mayor’s Forum is the best showcase of this
excellent relationship that the event attracted more than 70 mayors
from major cities all over China, State leaders, government officials
of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission,
CEOs of large SOEs, listed companies and private groups both domestically
and from overseas, representatives from famous international financial,
legal and accounting houses, and specialists and researchers from renowned
university and research institutes. The Forum, with the theme of structural
reform of the State-owned assets management system, aims to offer instructive,
regulated and realistic solutions to the municipal government authorities
and SOE leaders, in order to expedite a highly efficient reform process.
The Forum attracted enormous attention from the media, the international
financial world, business communities and social groups. Key issues
with regard to the State-owned assets management were discussed, including:
selection of corporate governance and management model, managerial roles
of regional government authorities, strategic planning and assets restructuring,
corporate incentive scheme and utilization of capital market.
Financial Institutions
Ever since its incorporation, CCXC has been keeping close contact
with other financial institutions. As a result, we keep pace with latest
market movement and information. We also exchange knowledge and experience
with colleagues and peers both in China and overseas. Since 2002, China
Chengxin has become a shareholder of Fujian Lianhua Trust & Investment
Group, and Xinhua Trust & Investment Co.. These structures have
strengthened CCXC’s capital management capability and market position.
Other Service Providers
Over the past 10 years, China Chengxin has involved in various
levels of co-operation with other intermediary companies, including
accounting firms, law firms and rating agencies. Through these relationships,
CCXC is capable of combining expertise and resources of relevant areas
